About Allback Linseed Oil Paint:
Allback has developed a beautiful line of historic paint colors using natural pigments that are UV stable, unlike the unstable, chemical dyes found in more modern paints and coatings. This product is manufactured in Ystad, Sweden with a focus on low environmental impact and long-lasting results.

For both interior and exterior applications, Allback Linseed Oil Paint can be used on wood and metal surfaces.
Prep bare wood surfaces with Purified Boiled Linseed Oil or Viking Purified Raw Linseed Oil to nourish dry wood. Exterior applications should include the Zinc Additive, especially for humid or damp climates in North America.

For Allback Linseed Oil Paint that is not formulated with zinc, add 5-10% of the Ottosson Zinc Additive to dark colors and 10% of the Ottosson Zinc Additive to light paint colors. It will not impact or change the color.

Apply thin coats of Linseed Oil Paint on a clean, dry surface. Add 20% zinc white additive to light colors and 10% to dark colors. Mix well and thoroughly combine. Mix well before each use as pigment can settle at the bottom of can.
2-3 thin, even coats of paint are recommended.
