Tentative schedule (subject to change based on interest of attendees):
 
9:00-9:30am       Welcome and intro.

 
9:30-10:30am      Visual presentation on materials: how and why using the traditional materials.

 
10:30-12:30pm    Hands-on walk-through of finishes: paints, putty, pine tar, varnish, etc.

 
12:30-1:00pm       Lunch

 
1:00-3:00pm     In-depth topics: surface prep, painting technique, paint removal, window restoration, maintenance, etc.

 
3:00-4:00pm     Project share: Local craftspeople share what they have been working on.

 
4:00-5:00pm       Small group break-out based on interest. Example: window restoration, cabinetry finishes, color mixing, etc.
